No, it is the point. Katina derives your reading from your name, birth date, and preference, and the same inputs always return the same reading. An oracle that changed its mind would not be worth asking.

Yes. The full soulmate reading is computed and stored on your device, so it works in airplane mode. The daily reading and the oracle need a connection; when you are offline, the daily screen shows the most recent day it has.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Katina. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.

Open the paywall or settings screen and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription will be restored at no charge.

Oracle conversations have a daily message quota, shown in the app. The quota resets each day. If you need more messages, an additional message pack is available as a one-time purchase.

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete my data. This removes your stored reading, oracle history, and anonymous identifier from our servers. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
