Terms of Use

Katina is an entertainment product. Readings, daily passages, and oracle answers are creative, generated content. They are not predictions of real events, statements about real people, or advice of any kind. Katina does not provide medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice, and its content must not be used as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

Any resemblance between a reading and a real person or event is coincidence. You remain responsible for your own decisions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Katina. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Katina only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Katina offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly and annual) that unlock the full soulmate reading, the full daily reading, and the oracle, plus an optional one-time pack of additional oracle messages. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple under Apple Media Services terms. Use the Restore Purchases button in the app to restore a subscription on a new device.

Oracle conversations are subject to a daily message quota, shown in the app. Quotas exist to keep the service available for everyone and may be adjusted over time.

You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to extract the underlying models or prompts, no automated access, no use of the oracle to generate content that is unlawful or harmful, and no interference with the operation of the service. We may limit or suspend access that violates these terms.

The Katina name, card characters, artwork, and all app content are owned by Vexloft or its licensors. Your readings are yours to keep and share personally; the underlying content and systems remain ours.

Katina is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexloft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
